How do I cancel my order?
-There are no order cancellations. Please be sure that you want to place your order prior to finalizing the check out process.

How do I get a refund?
-We will not issue any refunds unless a mistake was made on our behalf during the fulfillment process of your order.

Can I exchange my items?
-For your safety, we currently do not offer an exchange policy program due to the Global Pandemic. It is our priority to ensure that our products get to you untouched.

I received the wrong item and need to send it back. Am I still responsible for return shipping?
-Nope, if the mistake was made on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

What should I include in the package?
-Please include the name and order number associated with the package as well as any special notes for us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
-Once shipped, most domestic (U.S.A.) orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow a 1-2 day window for order processing.
*We are NOT responsible for any “lost” or “stolen” packages. If this occurs, please contact your local post office for further investigation.

My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What now?
-Double check to make sure your address was entered correctly when you placed your order. Check with your neighbors or anyone in your household who may have received your package. Finally, if all else fails, contact your local post office for further investigation.
*Unfortunately, once a package is marked as, “Delivered”, it is simply out of our hands. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Where can I find my tracking number?
-Tracking numbers are sent via email after the order has been processed. If you do not see it, you may need to check your spam folder.

My package was returned, what do I do now?
-If your package was returned to us, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1 - An invalid shipping address or..
2 - An incomplete shipping address.
-You will receive an email from us letting you know that your package was returned to us.

How can I get my order back if it was returned?
-If you would still like to receive your order, we will need a new & valid address from you. We then will send you an email with your shipping invoice.

How much will it cost to re-ship my order?
-The re-shipping fee is to cover the cost of shipment due to incomplete address or refusal on the customer’s part. (Approx. $5.00)
*Please note, we do not have control over the Postal Service returning packages to us.

What if I do not want to pay the re-shipment fee?
-In this case, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund to the account provided during checkout. Refunds take anywhere from 5-7 business days to settle. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, you may need to contact your bank. If we receive no response from you, the customer, within 5 business days, a refund will automatically be issued to your account and the items will be restocked.
